Sales Cap Sr Associate
Overview This role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain and Sales functions by managing order processing, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, key reporting and analysis of performance across distributors, order management, and logistics. and analyzing key performance metrics related to customer fulfillment. The role bridges the gap between Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution, providing critical insights to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and drive process improvements in order management. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Act as the primary link between Sales and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order management, fulfillment, and dispatch execution. • Oversee order accuracy, approvals, and fulfillment rates, ensuring compliance with cut-off timelines and minimizing delays. • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track order flow, stock availability, and shipment performance. • Analyze order discrepancies, sales trends, and distributor replenishment cycles, providing recommendations to improve service levels. • Monitor and report on key Supply Chain KPIs, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Fill Rates, and Order Accuracy. • Support inventory planning and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking across key markets. • Ensure proper coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to optimize dispatch schedules. • Provide support for promotions, new product launches (NPDs), and order adjustments, ensuring smooth execution within the supply chain framework. • Assist in the preparation of customer and distributor business reviews, collaborating cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights. • Contribute to process optimization projects, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements in order management workflows.   People Responsibilities • Maintain strong relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution teams to align on priorities and resolve order-related challenges efficiently. • Partner with Sales teams to ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and in line with business targets. • Work closely with the GBS Hub to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve order-to-delivery processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. Qualifications Degree in Business / Supply Chain 0 -1 year of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate between Supply Chain and Sales teams, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and identify process gaps or improvement areas. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and functions. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, DMS, etc.). Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
