**Job Summary**
Support the sales leader by managing and organizing key sales operations and business initiatives. This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and presenting sales data to support business reviews, campaign tracking, and resource alignment. The individual will streamline reporting processes, manage smaller initiatives, and ensure ongoing visibility into sales performance and operational efficiency.
**Role Description**
+ Prepare business reviews by collecting and synthesizing data across multiple sources
+ Manage smaller sales initiatives and campaigns, including tracking, resource alignment, and reporting
+ Support GTM operations by organizing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into action
+ Maintain and improve operational processes for accurate and timely reporting
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
+ Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
+ Serve as a key contact for sales data and reporting needs
+ Build scalable processes and templates to reduce manual effort

**Other Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience in sales operations, business management, or GTM support
+ 3–5 years in sales support, sales analyst, or project management roles
+ Preferred: Experience in a tech or matrixed organization
+ Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
