This position is a located in Colorado and 1 day a week in the local office and will require regional travel etc. 

 

You’ll have:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field) Experience: 2 - 5 years of field sales and wholesale specific experience Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Denver, Colorado. Must also be willing and able to relocate to other locations both now and in the future Travel Commitment: Ability to travel up to 2-4 days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, mostly overnight stays with air travel.  Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You will be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers.

As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Ford's success while accelerating your own professional growth. You will:

Dealer Communication Process: Develop and Implement Tools: Create and update monthly sales expectancy file by zone, by dealer to determine stores facing greatest “pump in.”  Coordinate the implementation of the monthly Dealer Business Snapshot and Dealer discussions.  Develop webcast materials for zone manager dealer meetings. New Zone Manager training/mentoring Assist Sales Managers in developing new ZMs, focusing on systems, reports and processes that impact key metrics Ensure the ZMs prioritize tasks and workload according to key Company initiatives. Allocation Conduct wholesale and manage post wholesale communication Manage tracking and tracing of vehicles Manage COVP Drive SVA and manage aged inventory: Determine areas of opportunity (Aged retail scheduling and inventory, low SVA vs. facing Region, etc.) to improve performance and achieve 2A6 Sales  Provide regional sales updates and provide sales close support Deliver monthly Regional 2A6 objective: Inventory analyses/trick by Zone vs. Regions Lead development of sales estimates  Scheduling Order Bank maintenance    Facilitate Priority scheduling  Own Specialty vehicles  Commodity management  SROs / SIMS  RGOs  MP1 and early builds  Scheduling sorts (IA online)  Facilitate Traces  Support Ramp Holds / Divert / Rebills both regions and Market Rep
