Job Summary:
The Sales professional for Barcelona and Tarragona is responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong client relationships in these regions to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth. This role involves regular client engagement, issue resolution, needs assessment, and identifying sales opportunities. Acts as the main point of contact for clients and coordinates with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with clients in Barcelona and Tarragona through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to ensure satisfaction with products and services.Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions to improve business outcomes.Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations.Resolve escalated client issues efficiently and effectively.Identify and escalate upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales growth.Provide client training and basic support when necessary.Develop and implement sales policies and processes to enhance client relationships and retention.Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.Experience and Education:
Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or client account management.Proven ability to manage complex client issues independently with expert knowledge.Skills and Competencies:
