As a Client Experience & Sales Representative at Restore Minnetonka, you’re the first impression and the lasting connection — you set the tone for how every client feels about our studio, our services, and our culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience

Greet every person who walks in like they’re the most important person in the building — because they are.

Provide a best-in-class welcome to first-time visitors and support them through their entire experience: from waivers and profiles to service education and check-out.

Build strong, trusted relationships with returning members — know their names, their stories, and their goals.

Be a product and service expert — able to clearly explain the benefits, expected outcomes, and precautions of each service in a way that makes people feel confident and excited.

Handle calls, texts, and voicemails quickly and professionally — no client is ever left hanging.

Own the flow of the studio. Know what’s happening, when, and with whom — and jump in wherever needed to keep things smooth. Sales & Revenue Growth

Sell with purpose: help clients understand how our services support their goals, and recommend memberships and packages that make sense for them.

Deliver on your personal sales goals and support your team in hitting group targets every month.

Drive retention and build loyalty — know who’s up for renewal, who hasn’t been in lately, and who needs a follow-up call.

Educate every guest on current promos and offers and encourage add-on services that enhance their results.

Confidently overcome objections with clarity, empathy, and a solutions-first approach.

Log notes, track conversations, and follow through — this isn’t just sales, it’s relationship-building. Studio Standards & Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space — the kind of place you’d want to visit yourself.

Support with opening and closing duties, inventory, laundry, and basic tech setup.

Uphold safety and sanitation protocols so clients feel at ease and well cared for.

Collaborate with leadership and nurses to ensure smooth operations across every shift. Who We’re Looking For

You’re a people person — clients feel heard, understood, and valued when they interact with you.

You’re confident, coachable, and goal-oriented. You want to succeed, and you don’t wait to be told how.

You’re naturally persuasive and know how to connect the dots between what people need and what we offer.

You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or front-of-house hospitality role.

You’re comfortable working weekends and being on your feet during a busy shift.

You love wellness, you care about your health, and you get excited talking about how others can feel their best.

You’re reliable, professional, and know how to keep things organized even during chaos.
