As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

\n\n\n\tDeliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base.\n\tGather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information.\n\tContribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs.\n\tHandle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.\n\tParticipate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills.\n\tSupport operations for loss prevention and stock management.\n\tUtilize business systems and latest technology effectively.\n\tDrive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious retail, hospitality or customer service experience along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tAbility to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tHigh cultural knowledge & awareness\n\tProactive and positive attitude \n
