Your role on our team: 

As a Sales Associate on the Minto Sales Team you’ll support the sales efforts for one of Minto’s newest master-planned communities while learning all of our internal sales processes and programs. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from building prospect relationships to securing home sales—while maintaining excellence in customer experience, community engagement, and operational execution.

 

In this role, you will:

Sell a variety of home styles including home types (single family, duplexes, condos, condo townhomes,and freehold towns) in an established communityManage the customer relationship up until time of sale, then transition customer to Customer Experience teamNurture online leads utilizing Sales Force and maintain an accurate and current database of all prospectsManage online MLS listings through the BODE platform and respond to all incoming Realtor requests for showingCollaborate with the Area Sales Manager and Director of Sales to establish and recommend sales goals for the project;Maintain accuracy and timely flow of all required paperwork and legal documentation between the Sales Centre and the central office;Submit weekly traffic reportsDocument customer feedback consistentlyMaintain visual excellence of on-site Sales Centers, showhomes and spec homes;Develop and maintain client and realtor relationships to support business development opportunities through active and ongoing follow-up;Remain current on competitive sales data and inventory;Works cooperatively with internal/external teams throughout the sales cycleAdaptable with a Can-Do while supporting multiple tasks Exceptional customer service is a must Work evenings and weekends 

 

We would like you to have:

Proficient in Salesforce or CRM managementMicrosoft Office – all apps, particularly Word, Office, Excel, and TeamsStrong understanding of the real estate process and affiliated documentsAbility to travel to and from site locations and our Presentation Centre independently Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry
