Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferredPrevious salon/spa experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work at a sustained, fast paceExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsTrack record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!Ability to multitask with easeFrequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shiftsHas the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale systemProblem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front deskMaintains professional demeanor under pressureDrybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks ResponsibilitiesAs a staff member on the Drybar team, your role extends beyond delivering exceptional blowouts. We rely on all team members to contribute to the overall success, cleanliness, and efficiency of the shop. Key responsibilities include:
Teamwork & Collaboration: Supporting fellow stylists and front desk staff to maintain a smooth, positive work environment.
Salon Cleanliness:
Folding and restocking clean towels
Taking out trash as needed
Dusting surfaces and wiping down shelves, counters, and styling stations
Cleaning and sanitizing brushes and combs
Keeping the break room tidy and organized
Restocking & Organization:
Refilling station drawers with tools and supplies
Helping to restock back bar products and retail inventory
These shared duties ensure we uphold Drybar standards and create a welcoming, professional space for both clients and team members.
