What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting clients with a warm, energetic welcomeChecking guests in and out and managing appointments using our POS systemServing complimentary beverages (yes, even mimosas!)Promoting and selling memberships and retail productsSupporting stylists and assisting in overall shop flow and cleanlinessDelivering a next-level guest experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, salon, hospitality, etc.)Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferredPrior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsPassion for providing amazing customer serviceAbility to stand and walk for 6–8 hour shiftsCalm under pressure with a professional, positive attitudeTech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systemsMust meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)Drybar complies with all local, state, and federal background check laws
