HUGO BOSS is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at the store located in La Cañada Shopping Center, Marbella, with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements:

\n\nPrevious retail experience of 3 to 5 years.\nHigh level of English (knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic, will be highly valued).\nResidence near La Cañada Shopping Center.\n\n\n\n

Start Date: Immediate incorporation.

\n\n\n

Desired Profile: Motivated individual with a willingness to learn, excellent attitude, and passion for customer service.

\n\n\n\tProvide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity.\n\tMaximize each sales opportunity to achieve individual and store goals, as well as improve KPI indicators.\n\tIdentify customer needs, and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to inquiries about price, location, features, benefits and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise.\n\tEnsure that all customer orders and modifications are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.\n\tOptimize sales with product knowledge, recommend and attract customers' attention to products, in order to maximize sales opportunities.\n\tTake advantage of every opportunity to acquire customers in order to expand the HUGO BOSS database, and gain repeat visits and customer loyalty.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tDemonstrable experience in Retail Sales within a Fashion brand.\n\tAbility to cope with change.\n\tExcellent Personal Image.\n\tBeing able to carry out several tasks at once and complete them successfully.\n\tHigh level of English, C1 Advantage. \n\tOther languages are an asset.\n
