Job Summary

Corby Spirits & Wine is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Associate for a one-year contract (with potential to renew). In this role, you’ll gain hands-on sales experience, build customer partnerships, and help bring our award-winning portfolio to life across a dynamic region. What you’ll do

Support retail and grocery accounts across Downtown Toronto and GTA North (Vaugn, Scarborough up to Aurora) by building strong relationships and delivering outstanding servicePartner with the District Manager to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsExecute promotional activities in-store, such as value-adds, displays, gift packs, and rebates, to drive consumer engagementTrack and report inventory needs, ensuring Corby products are well-stocked and merchandisedUse customer relationship management tools to support sales planning and performance trackingMonitor competitor activity and share key insights with your team to maintain a competitive edgeComplete administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness to ensure smooth operations

The salary for this position is $50,000 and while Corby does not provide additional benefits with this role, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time District Manager role within the contract period

Required qualifications & conditions

Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid Ontario driver’s licenseStrong customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized on the goLocated within reasonable proximity to the territory (ideally between Downtown Toronto and Vaughan)A university degree or equivalent experience
