Job Description

Danfoss Climate Solutions are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual for a full-time position in our customer service department located at Höfðabakka 9b in Reykjavík. The ideal candidate must possess a strong sense of service, precision, and a willingness to learn new things and develop professionally.

 

Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all weekdays except for Fridays, when the workday ends at 2:00 PM.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Customer service – sales and advice.

• Goods reception in the warehouse, item returns, etc.

• Communication with carriers.

• Order handling.

• Various occasional tasks.

Background & Skills

• Valid driver's license.

• Computer literacy.

• Proficiency in Icelandic.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong service orientation.
