Description
We are looking for a highly organized Sales Assistant to join our team in Richmond Hill, Georgia. This contract position is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment within the construction industry. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to support sales operations effectively, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Senior Sales Manager and Sales Managers, including tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Organize and coordinate sales staff meetings to ensure efficient team collaboration.
• Assist in presenting models and conducting interviews with prospective buyers for current and future home sales.
• Serve as a closing coordinator for transactions involving outside lenders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Address routine inquiries and resolve common issues from buyers regarding their home purchases.
• Offer accurate guidance and support to sales associates, staff, and buyers throughout the sales process.
• Develop a solid understanding of local markets, competitor activities, real estate regulations, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
• Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism while interacting with clients and team members to uphold the company’s reputation.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting to support sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations related to home buying.
Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related sales or administrative role.
• Familiarity with sales organizations and processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of real estate sales and local housing markets is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
