Sales Assistant
Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our hospitality team in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional client experiences, driving enrollment, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a knack for social media engagement. Responsibilities: • Welcome clients warmly and provide a detail-oriented, friendly atmosphere to enhance their experience. • Help customers identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services. • Guide clients through enrollment processes for programs or services offered. • Conduct facility tours, introducing clients to key features and services. • Represent the brand with attention to detail while sharing relevant and insightful information. • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms to grow the brand's online presence. • Respond promptly to inquiries across social channels and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement. • Address customer concerns with efficiency and care, escalating issues to management when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure workspace organization. • Assist with inventory management and other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, including inside, direct, inbound, or outbound sales. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management strategies. • Organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking client information and maintaining records. • Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and professionally. • Prior experience in client enrollment or onboarding processes is a plus. • Proficiency in multitasking and managing administrative duties. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry.
