Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update our CRM—input new leads, manage data, and prepare reports.

Serve as the primary resource for marketing materials and sales tools, such as brochures, business cards, and training kits.

Prepare and draft polished correspondence for leadership.

Coordinate team communications, support organizational structure, and assist with call night logistics.

Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and warmth.

Organize and manage events, meetings, and luncheons that foster connection among staff and families.

What You Bring

Two or more years of experience supporting sales or providing administrative assistance (experience in the funeral industry is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
