Sales Assistant
Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in Stockton, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, showcasing our products and services, and building strong relationships with merchant clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to grow professionally. Responsibilities: • Present and explain the costs and benefits of our services to potential merchant clients in a clear and engaging manner. • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients after sign-up to encourage satisfaction and secure referrals. • Generate leads through social media platforms and online research to expand your client base. • Create personalized sales pitches that effectively address client needs and objections. • Regularly provide updates and reports on sales activities and progress as requested by management. • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets established by your manager. • Stay informed about industry trends and adapt to changes to better serve clients and improve sales strategies. • Communicate effectively with your manager and adhere to company policies and standards. • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect in all client interactions and sales activities. Requirements • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation is advantageous. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered a plus. • A highly driven and self-motivated personality is essential. • Experience in commission-based roles is preferred but not required. • Strong customer service skills, including handling objections and maintaining professionalism. • Ability to adapt to different client personalities and communication styles. • Proficiency with customer service software and tools is an asset.
