Job Summary:

You will act as the initial point of contact for customers, help maintain the sales workflow, and drive results through accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication. This role requires a background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct assistance to the sales team with administrative tasks to drive efficiency and meet sales objectives.
+ Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate entry into the system.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
+ Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional efforts and campaigns.
+ Track and report on sales performance metrics to help identify areas for improvement and growth.
+ Stay current with product knowledge, company offerings, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers and team members.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing or administrative role.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
+ Familiarity with Hershey, PA, and surrounding market areas.
+ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
