Sales Assistant

Job Summary

The Sales Assistant for Health Korea is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring smooth operations related to production schedules, sample requests, lab tests, and delivery details. This role involves close collaboration with tollers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication and documentation.

Major Accountabilities:

Production Schedule Management:

Check and send brief production schedules to customers.

First Packing Date Responsibilities:

Request FF samples from tollers for IFF and customers.Request lab tests from tollers, including tests at third-party labs and toller labs.Request Certificates of Analysis (CoA) from tollers, including third-party lab CoA and toller lab test CoA.Send IFF CoA and third-party results to customers and request customer confirmation.Request delivery details from customers and update COO preparation status.

Delivery Coordination:

Send delivery details to tollers and request pallet labels.Request and updates on the delivery date.Send delivery details to CS and logistics teams.

Customer Communication:

Send pallet labels, raw material COO, and HC to customers.On the delivery date, request 'KRW Unit price' approval and send the KRW unit price to customers.Update unit prices in the OM file and notify CS.

Order Management:

Check the validity of unit prices in the OM file for CS to send OA to customers.Request final quantities from tollers and share them with CS and customers.Request delivery details from customers and share them with logistics and CS teams.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Native Korean and fluent English (TOEIC 750 or higher is preferred).Ability to operate required computer systems (SAP, SFDC, and Microsoft Office Suite).Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal, phone, and email) both externally and internally.Ability to work professionally and effectively with external customers and internal functional groups.Self-driven, positive mindset with proven ability to manage time and priorities.Strong team spirit, honesty, fairness, and trustworthiness.Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
