Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our passionate and high-performing Sales team during an exciting year ahead! The position is a 12-month parental leave cover, with the possibility to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

As our Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team during a temporary parental leave period. You’ll be part of a dynamic, people-focused and commercially driven team – and get a unique opportunity to explore the world of sales in hospitality.

\n\nAssist the sales team in day-to-day activities across all market segments.\nSupport with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare materials and manage calendars.\nPerform daily CRM tasks\nMake cold calls and follow up on leads.\nSupport with client site inspections and hotel show rounds.\nOrganize and coordinate sales events and customer activities with the team\nCollaborate with operational departments in the hotel to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.\nAttend hospitality and industry related events at and outside the hotel \nAssist the Director of Sales with ad hoc tasks and team coordination.\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nA strong interest in sales, hospitality and customer service.\nA proactive, positive, and can-do attitude.\nGood communication skills in both English and Swedish.\nStrong organizational abilities.\nComputer literacy including Outlook, Word and Excel.\nPrevious experience in a support or admin role is a plus but not a requirement.\n\n· It is beneficial if you have experience in sales within the hospitality and/or travel industry.

This is a full-time office-based position, at the commercial office located at the hotel in Slussen, Södermalm.
