Sales Assistant – Retail (Madrid)

We are looking for a people-oriented Sales Assistant to join the team in a beautifully curated retail store in Madrid. If you’re passionate about customer service and love fashion or design, this could be the perfect fit.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the store, offering personalized service and creating long-lasting relationships with customers. You will also support day-to-day store operations, including product replenishment and order management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome and advise customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Support stock management and replenishment processes.

Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Handle basic administrative tasks using SAP and POS systems.

Work in coordination with the Store Manager and team to meet sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in retail, ideally in fashion, accessories, or interior design.

Customer service skills with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude.

Interest in design, trends, or product presentation.

Comfortable with POS systems and basic digital tools.

Fluent in Spanish; English is not required.

Willing to work in split shifts (10:00–13:00 and 16:00–21:00).
