Sales Assistant, Senior Associate

The Financial Advisor Services (FAS) team at Vanguard is built on a foundation of growth, innovation, and resilience. We serve advisor clients—including Broker-Dealers, RIAs, Banks, Asset Managers, and Insurance Companies—using a consultative approach backed by industry-leading investment products, tools, and resources.

We are currently seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced support environment and is passionate about helping financial advisors through responsive, high-quality service.

Primary Focus Areas

Inbound Queue Management: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from financial advisors, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about market trends, Vanguard products, and competitor offerings.Support Requests: Act as a key support resource for internal and external sales executives by managing administrative follow-ups, client requests, and advisor communications.Advisor Engagement: Approve or reject advisor registration requests and respond to inquiries submitted via the Financial Advisor Website.Sales Enablement: Generate internal reports and assist with sales/marketing material distribution to support the broader FAS Sales desk.Talent Development: exposure to sales processes, advisor interactions, and product knowledge—being prepared for future careers in sales within FAS.

Qualifications
