Sales Assist Representative

About your role

As a Sales Assist Representative, you'll be at the forefront of connecting our amazing customers with valuable and time-saving Rocket Lawyer products and services. 

Your mission will be to effectively communicate with both individual customers as well as small businesses, forming lasting connections with potential clients. You'll not only assist customers in setting up their businesses but also provide expert guidance in brand protection and the legal realm.

How you will make a difference day to day

Educate and assist customers during the evaluation and purchase process through outbound and inbound phone, email, and chat channels. Maintain a deep understanding of Rocket Lawyer’s product suite so you can effectively evaluate each customer’s unique needs and situation, educate, and offer all appropriate services. Conduct thorough discovery to understand each customer's needs and challenges, and effectively communicate and recommend Rocket Lawyer’s value and solutions. Help the customer understand the value of Rocket Lawyer services when presented with objections, and assist in finding the right solutions. Assist customers with the resolution of routine, non-technical account questions and issues.  Drive loyalty and ensure an exceptional customer experience by promptly and efficiently resolving all customer issues and fulfilling requests. Establish strong rapport and build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and engagement. Consistently and accurately perform work in accordance with standard operating procedures and document all relevant details of customer interactions in our CRM. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that results in high customer delight and satisfaction.

What you’ll need

Proven experience (2+yrs) in a support, retention, or sales role; preferably in a contact center environment. Excellent investigation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in sales techniques and strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extremely strong ethical values and professionalism. Detail-oriented and goal-driven. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
