The Sales Application Specialist for Mammotome is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, drive product utilization, and increase market share through strategic cross-selling and support to new customers as well as providing comprehensive application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product training to end-users, distributors, and our sales teams.
This position is part of the Commercial team located in Seoul, Korea and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain relationships with existing customers, drive product utilization, and increase market share through strategic cross-selling and support to new customers.Provide comprehensive application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product training to end-users, distributors, and our sales teams.Offer clinical and technical assistance during procedures to ensure optimal product usage.Work collaboratively with internal teams such as QC, CDT& R, Marketing, and Sales to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.Support sales forecasting, achievement of targets, and strategic planning in coordination with the Business Lead Manager.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in medical, healthcare, technical, or life sciences fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques relevant to General Surgery, Breast Cancer, and Radiology.Willingness and ability to travel as required andTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
