The program will be one-year rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate future leaders by combining hands-on sales duties with leadership training and business development. Program overview + Duration: 1 year + Structure: rotational assignments within the division + Location: Yangsan, Gyeongnam (relocation flexibility required) + Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Employment Type: Full-time, with evaluation for permanent placement after program completion Essential Functions Develop and execute sales strategies to expand markets in new and next-generation energy sectors such as thermal management, renewable energy, energy storage systems (ESS), wind power, and gas turbines. Responsibilities + Study fundamental principles of water-cooled thermal management, including heat transfer mechanisms. + Conduct market sizing for water-cooled systems in renewable and conventional power generation sectors. + Identify key players, suppliers, and OEMs in the water-cooled thermal management value chain. + Monitor advancements in cooling technologies, including integration with renewable energy storage systems. + Benchmark competitor products in terms of performance, cost, and market positioning. + Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain) to execute business strategies and deliver tangible results. + Support product adaptation projects to meet requirements of specific market segments (e.g., ESS cooling needs). + Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects involving water-cooled systems. + Collect VOC (Voice of Customer) from pilot customers in new energy sectors. And Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders in renewable and gas energy ecosystems. + Develop marketing materials highlighting the advantages of water-cooled solutions over air-cooled systems. + Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company’s capabilities. + Contribute to internal knowledge databases for cooling system applications and market trends. + Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership throughout the program.
