**Job Description**
Sales and Services Risk Oversight (SSRO) is a function within Operational Risk Management that provides enterprise-wide oversight related to Conduct Risk, including Sales Practices risk, and administers the Sales Practices oversight program. SSRO coordinates and leverages activities conducted throughout U.S. Bank (the Company) related to improper sales practices prevention, detection, investigation, and mitigation. The SSRO function and these unified program elements across all lines of defense continue to support the effective management of Sales Practices and Servicing Conduct risk across the Company, a subset of Conduct Risk.
**Key Responsibilities for Analysts**
+ Partners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework.
+ Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
+ Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
+ Performs risk assessments of sales practices and conduct risk associated with various initiatives across the Company. This includes reviews of relevant business changes (PRISM), third party relationships (TPRM), and internal training materials and procedures (CAT).
+ Supports the U.S. Bancorp Sales Practices Oversight Policy and associated framework designed to manage sales practices risks.
+ Reports on key risks and trends related to sales practices and conduct risk assessments.
+ Reviews key internal and external sources for emerging risks, including regulatory changes, industry news and developments, and enterprise-wide issue tracking systems. Supports key enterprise risk framework activities related to the program.
**Qualifications and Preferred Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
+ Typically 3+ years of applicable experience.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong project management and analytical skills.
+ Knowledge of, or experience with, financial products, services, and operations.
+ Proficiency in basic software applications such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel).
+ Experience identifying risks and/or controls and developing or recommending steps to mitigate risks.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to review and analyze issues for applicability and signs of emerging risk.
+ Effectively build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
+ Ability to engage effectively with product and process owners to gain an understanding of functions, goals, and priorities to solve problems and drive innovation
**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: zł139 400,00 - zł164 000,00
