With a comprehensive global footprint, we design, develop, manufacture and integrate an extensive range of driveline technologies for over 90% of the world’s car manufacturers. **Role Purpose** Coordinate, collect, analyze, structure and present financial information of sales to prepare forecasts, monthly and annual closures; Design, develop and implement the organization's audit program for financial and accounting control systems to ensure compliance with the guidelines established by the company. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Plan, direct, and execute Internal Audit tasks in accordance with applicable guidelines and technical regulations to ensure proper fulfillment of Internal Audit objectives. 2. Present the annual work plan and the report on completed tasks by analyzing critical areas and risk exposures to plan Internal Audit operations and report the results. 3. Evaluate internal control, as well as compliance with regulations and standards, through compliance tests and operations reviews, to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of controls. 4. Prepare, review, and approve the reports of the audits carried out, analyzing the content of the reports with the working papers, to ensure the adequate communication of the results obtained. 5. Monitor compliance and implementation of new policies or modifications there to. 6. Monitoring of volume, actual sales and forecast, problems related to finances, request for sales information, explanations of sales area performance, internal meetings for continuous improvement with the areas involved. Monitoring of forecast variations. 7. Consolidation of the forecast of external sales and intercompany, ensuring that all plans, negotiations, contracts with customers, etc. are duly reflected in the information to be presented, and that they are in line with the parameters established by the division. 8. Involvement and monitoring of price change activities in customers, monitoring of these in terms of adherence to the budget and analysis of variations and budgetary deviations. 9. Monthly reconciliation of any customer discounts. 10. Preparation of regional and global reports on the plant's financial performance. **Essential Qualifications & Experience** + Minimum education (profession and specialty): Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related. + Minimum experience required (years and in what): 2 years in the area of Internal Control, Auditor, Financial Analyst, Comptroller, budget administration and leadership capacity. + Time required to master the functions of the position (years): 1 years. + Foreign languages (that and basic, intermediate or advanced level): Advanced English. + Problem analysis: non-repetitive with the support of information and your immediate boss. **Essential Competencies** ERP management, reasoning of the state of the budget vs real. • Knowledge and use of the iDash platform. • Knowledge and use of the OneStream platform. • Use of advanced Microsoft Office, high analytical capacity, work by objectives. • Knowledge of the financial structure of the company and the general guidelines of budgets issued by the division. • Knowledge of the business processes of GKN. • Accounting and financial knowledge. • General knowledge of the product and production process. • Know and apply the internal accounting manual. • Know and apply the GRiP guidelines. • Know and apply the policies of GKN. • Know and apply the guidelines of Corporate Governance. • Know and apply the audit knowledge. • Use and propose new ideas to turn them into improvements through well-structured actions and projects. • Apply a positive attitude towards change. • Apply emotional intelligence.
