Career Opportunity: 

We are actively seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team in Smyrna, GA!  

Work Responsibilities: 

Assist internal and external customers with account management, including line reviews, sales performance, metrics, promotion, and inventory recommendations. 

Work independently or with a cross-functional team to mine, collate, and analyze data to drive business decisions. 

Act as the main point of contact between various departments within our retail and business unit partners. 

Develop and present in-depth monthly and quarterly business reviews for various partners. 

Identify process improvement opportunities to better meet the needs of our customers. 

Prepare action-oriented reporting to drive sales, find opportunities and sales trends, and make recommendations for action based on analysis. 

Provide first level support to business clients when issues arise. 

Compile information, develop correlations on historical data, run regression analysis, and can measure impact on key metrics across various business channels. 

Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to appropriate end users. 

Manipulate data in a fast-paced environment to gather quick insights, visualize the data, and generate interactive reports and dashboards for the team. 

Develop a strong statistical background and keen analytical mind to provide insights from large and varied omni channel data sets to understand the impact on sales. 

Prioritize effectively and work independently as well as be a strong team player. 

Develop knowledge in business situations and company policies and procedures to advance in your career.   

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a concentration in a business-related field preferred. 

3-5 years’ experience working in a data or analytics-based role required. Experience in supply chain or forecasting a plus. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including skills with reporting software and business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel). 

Ability to blend data from multiple data sources and build data visualizations from raw data. 

Experience crafting visuals, understanding what the data is telling and gleaning actionable insights, story-telling and communicating data to multiple levels of the organization. 

Experience with retail metrics, math and/or predictive analytics is a plus. 

Ability to build and cultivate strong customer relationships. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Strong attention to detail. 

Ability and willingness to travel to a retail location based on customer needs.

Hiring Range: $64,200.00 - $100,870.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
