Your Opportunity as the Sales Analyst-East Team (US Retail Sales-Coffee, Frozen Handheld, & Spreads)

Location: Orrville, Ohio-Corporate Office

Work Arrangements: Hybrid – on-site a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

Assist East Sales Team in supporting Brand and sales growth objectives Analyze business using retailer specific & Syndicated dataDevelop analysis that will be leveraged to grow JM Smucker sales at key customers Perform weekly and monthly reporting Support Sales team with Joint Business Planning, Line Reviews, New Item tracking, & adhoc requests Develop recommendations with respect to product distribution, promotion, pricing, and shelf-placement Prepare clear and concise analyses & presentations utilizing data storytelling & visualizations Assist sales team with forecasting & trade promotion planning for plan optimization Conduct market visits that include: Sales meetings Retail audits Account calls Business planning sessions Information & technology training Work with Category Management on special projects Participate in training activities to enhance job performance and personal growth

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s DegreeProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated to learn and proactively share insights and recommendationsAbility to quickly adapt to additional internal support systems. Syndicated sales data software experience (IRI/Nielsen)Strong analytical skills

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

Experience in Tableau or other data visualization toolsAbility to relocate for future growth opportunities
