The Role:
The Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Sales, Event Sales Managers and Senior Account Executive of Group Tours. They will assist in day-to-day management of our CRM and database systems
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of CRM systems utilized by sales, catering, accounting and operations teams Manage and communicate system updates Communicate with customer service reps at Momentus directly on open ticket items, upcoming changes to the system, and upgrades/changes needed Reporting capabilities for Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales on a case-by-case basisQualifications:
College degree Self-motivated Detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary Ability to multitask Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations Knowledge of catering event order systems (Momentus, Unify, SeatGeek)Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
