We are seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Sales Analyst to join our regional team based in Bangkok, Thailand

What You’ll Do:

As Sales Analyst, you will be supporting our Institutional business in Thailand. This role will focus on driving sales effectiveness through performance reporting, Salesforce CRM management, and strategic business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and finance teams to provide actionable insights that enable commercial success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Analytics:

Analyze and report on sales performance by segment, customer, and product line.

Develop dashboards and tracking tools to monitor KPIs, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Sales Leaders and Management.

Salesforce & CRM Management:

Act as the Salesforce key user for the Institutional business.

Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and continuous improvement of CRM processes.

Train and support the sales team in CRM usage and reporting.

Sales Admin Team Leadership:

Supervise and support a team of 3 Sales Admins to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations, customer documentation, and sales orders.

Streamline and standardize sales admin processes to enhance efficiency.

Coach and develop team members to meet business needs and performance standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to support commercial planning, credit control, pricing management, and customer onboarding.

Support business reviews, monthly reporting cycles, and budgeting exercises with data insights.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, or Commercial Support

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including data management, reporting, and dashboard creation

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, preferably managing sales support or administrative teams

Strong analytical mindset, with excellent organizational and communication skills

Good command of English, both written and spoken
