Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**
Are you ready to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment? We're looking for a Sales Analyst to strengthen our Sales team within the Essential Home portfolio.

In this entry-level role, you'll mix customer interaction and data analysis. As a Sales Analyst, you'll be an active part of our Sales team and work closely with other departments including Logistics, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, and of course, our customers. You'll gain broad insight into the FMCG and retail markets and make a direct impact on Reckitt’s performance.
**Your responsibilities**
+ Analyze sales data and monitor customer developments in terms of revenue, profit, and market data (internal and external sources such as Nielsen) to provide insights into the 4Ps.
+ Support the commercial process both internally and externally and manage account budgets.
+ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting and product availability for customers.
+ Support the Sales Manager and Account Manager in creating, managing, and executing annual account plans.
+ Attend and help prepare customer meetings with the Sales and Account Managers.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts.
+ Plan and execute tailored promotional and account activities.
**The experience we're looking for**
+ Previous internship or entry-level experience in (assistant) key account management or Sales is ideal
+ A flexible mindset – able to thrive in a fast-changing, complex environment.
+ A commercial, customer-focused attitude and strong relationship-building and time management skills.
+ Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with data.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
+ A results-oriented, ambitious personality ready to launch their career at Reckitt.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Fluency in English is mandatory with Dutch & French being a big plus
