Job Duties:
Partner with upper-level management in making data driven decisionsAssist with annual budgeting process, forecasting, and target settingConduct ad hoc analyses to bring insights into inventory, categories, sales performance metrics; and to identify other revenue gaps and opportunitiesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators and revenue strategies, regularly communicating with business leaders to assess their effectivenessCollect and integrate large amounts of information from various sources to create both standardized and custom reports for various levels of managementUtilize Excel and/or Tableau to manipulate and aggregate dataExercise discretion in resource and data point selection for use in projectsGenerate internal dashboards utilizing TableauPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity in data reportingStrong ability to comprehend reports, and to troubleshoot and resolve data issuesDrive reporting efficiency and automation by identifying process improvement opportunitiesLead training efforts associated with reporting capabilities to enhance team proficiencyProvide timely, high-quality support for day-to-day sales and management data requestsSkills/Qualifications:
