We are seeking a highly engaging individual to join our sales team on a part-time basis who will thrive on showcasing the latest innovations in consumer electronics. This dedicated specialist will represent our multinational client, Sony®, and their premier line of televisions, home theater, digital imaging, and home audio equipment.

Our Sony Sales Advisors serve as in-store experts, playing a key role in promoting the Sony brand by understanding the needs of customers, answering their questions, comparing against competitors, and offering personalized purchasing advice. Last but not least, this role takes place in the local Military Base Exchange on Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield CA, where our Advisors take pride in delivering world-class customer service experiences for our military service members, veterans, and their families.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

10 hours per weekFri 12pm- 4pm; Sat 12pm - 6pmMain Exchange at Travis AFB, 461 Skymaster Blvd, Bldg. 648, Travis AFB, CA  94535    All candidates who receive a written offer of employment

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Build strong relationships and rapport with Base Exchange customers and personnelIdentify customers' needs and recommend appropriate Sony products and accessoriesProactively engage customers through the sales process, from initial greeting to closing the saleProvide trainings to Base Exchange staff on the various Sony products, as requestedEnsure that products are properly merchandised, displayed, and functionalComplete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback, observations, and submitting customer and store photosMaintain business communication with Area Manager via occasional phone calls, web meetings, and/or emails
