We are seeking a highly engaging individual to join our sales team on a part-time basis who will thrive on showcasing the latest innovations in consumer electronics. This dedicated specialist will represent our multinational client, Sony®, and their premier line of televisions, sound bars, headphones and wireless speakers.

Our Sony Sales Advisors serve as in-store experts, playing a key role in promoting the Sony brand by understanding the needs of customers, answering their questions, comparing against competitors, and offering personalized purchasing advice. This role is located in the local Military Base Exchange where our Advisors take pride in delivering world-class customer service experiences for our military service members, veterans, and their families.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

Actionlink has partnered with TapCheck to provide you access to earned wages before payday.  Tapcheck also provides a suite of financial services to help you manage your money.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Build strong relationships and rapport with Base Exchange customers and personnelIdentify customers' needs and recommend appropriate Sony products and accessoriesProactively engage customers through the sales process, from initial greeting to closing the saleProvide trainings to Base Exchange staff on the various Sony products, as requestedEnsure that products are properly merchandised, displayed, and functionalComplete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback, observations, and submitting customer and store photosMaintain business communication with Area Manager via occasional phone calls, web meetings, and/or emailsARE YOU A MATCH?Security clearance to gain base access is part of the process upon an offer of employmentPrevious sales, retail, and/or relevant customer service experience requiredDemonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for consumer home electronicsExcellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skillsAbility to lift 50 pounds independently or heavier weight with team liftingAccess to reliable transportation to commute to local Military Base Access to internet and smart device for reporting and trainingAvailable to work required shifts
