Sales Administrator Senior
Position Overview As a Sales Administrator Sr. you will work cross-functionally within the existing International Business Administration team and sales organization to support our sales team and dealers with custom contract and system related inquiries, system integration, contract creation, legal documentation, and growth of Extended Warranty products. The Sales Administrator Sr. will also provide guidance to the product team in assembling products for system integration. Responsibilities + Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian dealers to: + Manage custom proposals + Process manual registrations + Handle credit-related tasks + Coordinate with cross-functional teams including: + Product team + Engineering team + TOPS team to ensure accurate order coding through validation rule support + Maintain and update system data in the Service Sales Portal + Conduct testing of the dealer registration site to ensure a seamless user experience + Verify accuracy of contract details prior to purchase and registration processes + Support the Digital Solutions Team in automating manual processes to enhance operational efficiency Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s degree + At least 2 years sales administration or customer service experience OR + Master’s degree OR + At least 4 years sales administration or customer service experience Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
