Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales Administrator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Bethlehem. This role is critical to supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth order processing and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales order entry, quote generation, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Additionally, this person will help with answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate party. Responsibilities + Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. + Prepare and send customer quotes in a timely manner. + Maintain and update customer records and order status. + Collaborate with sales representatives, account managers, and the parts department to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment. + Generate reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Provide general administrative support to the sales team. Essential Skills + Previous experience in sales administration, inside sales, order entry, or a similar role ieally in the trucking or car industry + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with CRM or ERP systems. + Familiarity with quoting tools or software. Work Environment The role is based in an office environment connected to a service/repair shop. It's more of a blue-collar environment with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
