We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations between our sales staff and back-office functions. Key Responsibilities + Provide administrative support to sales staff and management. + Maintain compliance checklists and ensure timely completion. + Manage delivery schedules and Zoom meetings across CRM platforms. + Oversee wholesale deliveries and invoice processing. + Modify customer vehicle orders to meet exact specifications. + Audit and track new and used vehicle inventory. + Monitor rebate information and process payouts. + Perform other duties as assigned.
