Sales Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover)
📍 Location: Malvern
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday – minimum 09:30–13:30 (20 hours/week), maximum 09:00–15:00 with a 30-minute lunch (30 hours/week)

đź”§ Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service
Process sales orders from inbox to invoicingUpdate order delivery dates and communicate changes to customersBook transport, prepare delivery notes, and print shipping labelsIssue build slips to production/warehouse based on available stockInput completed jobs into MRP systemIssue weekly sales invoices and monthly reportsProvide proof of delivery and commercial export documents when neededLiaise with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth serviceAct as first contact for incoming sales/spares enquiriesGeneral Administration
Answer calls and emails in a professional mannerGreet visitors and manage the sign-in processEnter production data and timesheets into the systemPrint and compile product packs (e.g. labels and manuals)Assist with report writing, record keeping, and filingOccasionally assist with packing and despatching spare parts✅ What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in sales administration is essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, reliable, and well-organisedHigh attention to detail and methodical approachConfident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Familiarity with MRP/ERP software (preferred)GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above)📩 How to Apply If you’re an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
