Job Summary:

This position is opened by the Flow Controls Business Unit and platform is Automation Solutions. The Inside Sales engineer is based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and caters to all customers in the western region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Review of Purchase orders in customer portal and communicate with customer for any amendments. Ensure that purchase orders are commercially and technically compliant before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures Maintain the log of complete history of purchase order(from issue of PO to delivery) Acknowledge purchase order in customer portal or through emails Check with factory on the order status and communicate the status update to customer    Communicate with manufacturing locations and Engineering teams for queries regarding lead‐ time, special requirements  Attend customer meetings as required with regards to purchase orders  Upload invoice in customer portal if required upon shipment of items Prepare customer documentation requirements such as NMR‐601, NMR‐602, certification pack etc Comply with local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities Fulfill any other reasonable duties as required including Outside Sales, if required

For this Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Control Valves industry or Industrial Automation industry Fluent in English ‐ Written and spoken. Arabic is added advantage 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Familiar in handling customer business portals Experience in directly handling and communicating with customers on daily basis Familiar with Emerson business model and processes Skill using Microsoft Office applications is required Ability to make technical decisions based on sound engineering facts & applicable codes
