Our client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier in their field, are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Crawley.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a naturally engaging personality who enjoys speaking with customers and building lasting relationships. You'll be the go-to person for incoming enquiries-preparing quotes, following up on leads, and making sure everything runs smoothly from initial contact to final order.

What kind of person are we looking for?Confident and comfortable having conversations over the phoneEnjoys building rapport and supporting customersOrganised, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced settingTeam player and enjoy collaborating across departmentsIn this role, you'll be:Serving as point of contact to customers for product enquiries, pricing & availabilityCreating & sending out quotes to customers, following up on leads & lapsed quotes to convert into a saleEnd-to-end management, from initial inquiry, order processing, through to completionCoordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction & timely delivery
