Sales Administrator, Integrated Channel

Summary of This Role

Supports sales representatives and leadership in administrative areas such as order processing, CRM and pricing tools, sales information management, coordination and scheduling of product training, Tracks sales data and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings. Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Distributes order sheets to respective departments. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

Serving as a single point of contact for assigned sales professionals

Assisting with deposit and bookkeeping issues

Supporting with ordering, upgrading, product systems / services.

Facilitating installs

Responding to additional information from merchants)

Signing additional locations

Signing additional products

Contacting clients regarding open batches

Meetings (Sales Person Leads)

Enrollment

Collecting missing Info 

Coordinating underwriting

Scheduling installation as requested 

Post install follow-up as requested

Supporting overview/info provided

Scheduling demos

Facilitate statement reviews 

Remind service touchpoints

Asking for referrals

Canceling old accounts 

Outbound anniversary calls

Annual for most

Quarterly for A-List

Facilitating rep specific marketing campaigns

Market Analysis coordination

Setting up meetings with targeted referral partners
