A global leader in Medical Devices industry is looking for a Sales Admin Officer to support its sales operations team. This role is well-suited for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a commercial or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep
Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling, event coordination, and correspondence handling
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (both electronic and physical)
Act as a point of contact for staff and clients, handling inquiries and providing necessary information
Ensure accurate accounts receivable processing and coordinate with the accounting team on payables
Receive and process purchase orders and issue sales invoices
Verify customer orders, including personal and payment details
Communicate with customers to resolve queries and gather missing information
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Prepare and compile monthly sales reports
Coordinate internally to expedite order processing
Route customer feedback to appropriate teams
Support identification of new product opportunities
Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:Previous experience in sales admin, preferably in healthcare industry
Highly organized with good communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales admin tools
