MAIN TASKS
Follow up on client confirmations, document collection, and contract management (review, draft, issue). Provide administrative support: maintain databases, manage sales documentation, contract set-up in system. Support to record and manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system Support to contact with client and handle customer complaints by contacting technical staff directly on all related issues; Arrange and prepare logistics (car booking, air ticket booking, ...) for sales team. Assist to prepare timesheet & expenses of sales team for submission to relevant managerial persons for approval Assist in marketing & sale (prepare materials / input for proposal, tender, translation, etc.) as required Perform ad hoc duties as requested by Manager.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in English, or Business Admin 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant is preferred Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
