YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems in the territory assigned.Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.Implement the Demo Plots Plan, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.Document in the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed in the sales activation plan.Train the distributors sales reps about Bayer portfolio and systems, brand positioning and guidelines, value selling, etc.Responsible to control and follow-up the Bayer and distributors investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors main activities, etc.Document all interactions/relationships cooperants growers (Growers where we establish Demo-Plots and/or provide their field to do events with other growers) through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.2 years Experience in sales or crop management is required.Customer FocusCommunication SkillsNegotiation, Account PlanningDigital Tools.Strong managing Power Point and Excel.Salesforce or similar CRM.English desired.
