Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide full administrative support on client projects and provide commercial support to the RCB account team Handle client queries on projects and resolve commercial issues as they ariseContribute to the project development process and ensure full client satisfactionUse internal databases and software to manage projectsManage all client documentation and sampling related to submissions or salesInterface with client to provide elements necessary to the project teamsFollow up and manage receivables from clients

 

You bring :

 

- Customer focus with professionalism and high standards of work- Proactivity, initiative and impact oriented- Basic understanding of sales and marketing- Team player, strong networking skills, ability to get things done across different cultures- Numeracy and analytical skills with strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, xl, ppt)- Ability to cope with pressure, short timelines and multitasking
