Key Responsibilities:

 

 

First point of contact for all commercial and technical questions (including checking desired products for suitability and possible applications together with technology) Supporting new projects from the initial enquiry through to series production Processing administrative processes (correspondence, procurement and forwarding of samples, drawings, data sheets, supplier declarations, etc.) Internal processes administrative and face to the customers Implement measures for customer care Preparation of quotations including individual price negotiations within the specified framework Offer tracking Supporting the specialist departments with complaints in commercial matters, creating credit notes and debits Evaluation of sales/turnover reports Determination of forecast data, budget in consultation with key account managers Working in international customer-specific portals (B2B) Preparation and analysis of turnover and volume statistics Support quality department in case of quality complaints from the commercial side, book credit / debit notes to the customers. Actively involve in the health and safety program

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

You have successfully completed a degree or formal commercial or technical training. Professional experience in the automotive industry is desired. Technical understanding, communication skills and the ability to work in a team round out your ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office skills would be an advantage. Experience of 4 years minimum in the same position. Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written. German is appreciated
