The Account Sales Rep 1 is responsible for contributing to the company’s sales goals by utilizing professional sales techniques, maintaining quality relationships with existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. This sales role is focused on the sale of new subscriptions and the renewal of existing contracts, which include Oracle Linux, Oracle Virtualization, Oracle Automation, My SQL, and Java product lines.  The Account Sales Rep 1 will track the previous years closed business, renew existing subscription contracts and pursue new subscription business in the existing install base and new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage pipeline of a renewable subscription businessDevelop maximum subscription renewals out of assigned accounts through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services to achieve sales goals.Build and maintain quality relations within existing renewal contracts and increase account base and volume of renewal pipeline on a consistent basis.Contact customers via telephone and correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.Pursue opportunities for new subscription products contracts within install base.Support the extended salles teams’ efforts to win Enterprise Contracts which include open source subscription product lines.Respond to RFQ's.Interact regularly with extended Oracle Sales teams in sales activities.Work closely with Oracle to track progress on Available To Renew (ATR) ContractsWork with Mythics Partner Contracts team to submit Non-Standard Deal Requests.Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in assigned territory.Provide information and/or follow up to customer as requested.Provide feedback to improve efficiency of the position and processes to renew subscription products.Maintain up-to-date notes in CRM system

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.1 -2 years of sales or customer service experience.
