Your RoleWe are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join the NSW Field Sales team. The role boasts with variety and has a key focus on new sales (70%) and account management (30%).
As a Technogym salesperson, you are hungry, highly professional, industry credible, and collaborative. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while managing a wide range of products, services, and solutions that are transforming our industry.

Your ImpactAs a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Technogym's commercial success by:
Achieving and exceeding local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market share and capitalize on untapped potential Generating qualified leads, profiling customers, and planning strategic sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management and tailored solutions Providing actionable market intelligence by capturing and reporting on trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Maintaining and growing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline Executing structured customer and prospect visits in alignment with the company’s sales code, ensuring consistent market presence and engagement About YouYou are passionate about "healthness", with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to building meaningful client relationships. What You Bring: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Account Manager role or similar A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Proven ability to manage complex deals and sell tailored solutions Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer
