In this role you will generate and grow sales within your assigned territory and group of existing accountsYou will work with leadership to identify target customers or industries to develop and win metal powder opportunitiesYou are a results orientated self-starter that is able to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment out of the Indianapolis office or a remote officeFurther, you will be accountable for achieving established sales targets by seeking out new business opportunities and maintaining productive working relationships with existing customers through frequent contactAdditionally, you will utilize your technical skills and experience to consult with customers and make assessments which demonstrate the value of the productYou will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and collect data on the account’s business, products, processes, customers and growth opportunities to better understand market and specific customer needsYou will work to maintain solid communication between a cross-functional team to ensure account strategies and projects are aligned with the correct resources and market objectivesYou will display diligent use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the territory and communicate results for key sales metrics such as revenue growth, customer activity, opportunity pipeline management and pricingAlso, you will always represent Linde in a professional and dignified manner
