Sales Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development and sales efforts for our road safety products and services. This role is a hybrid of field and depot-based work, focused on building strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, municipalities, and other key stakeholders. You’ll play a vital role in supporting safe construction zones and traffic control initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Promote rental and sales of road safety equipment including:Barrier Wall SystemsCrash Impact AttenuatorsElectronic Sign BoardsPortable Traffic Signals & Auto FlaggersCrash TrucksTemporary Condition SignsProvide consultative selling of services such as traffic control planning, equipment setup, and removal.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery and service execution.Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity.Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, safety, or industrial sectors.Strong understanding of road safety equipment and traffic control products is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel locally to client sites and project locations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with customer relationship management tools.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.Background in branch or operations management within the rental or construction industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

Subject to eligibility requirements, employee may participate in the Company’s benefits plans as described in the benefits summary that was discussed during the interview process. To review, employee is eligible for the following:

•\tMedical, Dental and Vision benefits will be available and 100% Company paid. (Eligible after 60 days)
•\t401K Plan with Company match. Open enrollments are January and July each calendar year. (Eligible after one year)
•\tPaid Time Off
o\t10 days or 80 hours for balance of 2025.
o\t20 days or 160 hours starting January 1st, 2026.
•\t6 paid holidays
